Seaweed Salad With Ginger Dressing

1 palm-full dried wakame
1/8 cup bonita flakes(optional,available at Asian Markets)
Big bowl of mesclun or lettuce

Ginger Salad Dressing:


2 tbs.ginger
1/4 cup mirin
1 cup oil(veg or canola)
1/4 cup rice vinegar(seasoned)
2 tbs.soy sauce
1/8 - 1/4 cup lemon juice
Rehydrate wakame in cool water for 10 minutes.
Toss with greens,bonita flakes and dressing.
